He was born and moved in Ota-ku, Tokyo soon. He was brought up by mother alone and work of mother was busy and went to school without breakfast. It is said that it is difficult to still eat the breakfast. He graduated from Aoyama Gakuin University; he has worked at Takashimaya Co. Ltd. for 3 years. After he went to vocational school of the dish, he learned it by Kyoto dish cooking of Ginza for 3 years.
