He was born in Ofunato-shi, Iwate. He moved to Tokyo, Toyama and Osaka from place to place by transference his father. He was graduated from Meiji University. He aimed at the sports announcer in his University days, but he could not pass TV station, and joined a trading company. But the company which he joined went bankrupt in entering a company 2 years. However, a carrier of the finance that he got in 2 years decided his life. He repeated a change of job, but was only finance plainly. In 2001, he joined as CFO of “OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE Japan” at 42 years old.
