Mr. Hiroshi Anjoh, Lyon Bleu International Co.,Ltd.


Graduated from Nihon University. Although he joined a travel agency, he absorbed in surfing and quitted a job. Decided a time limit until at the age of 30, and he was keeping to go surfing. He quitted it by having expired, and he had next goal of opening of the restaurant. He inherited the liquor shop of home, and opened a restaurant on base of it. Became 9 years in 2013 from 1 store, he has realized sales rise always for 9 years from the first store open. He has kept releasing such restaurant where you can be unpretentious and can enjoy the French wine and you can want to visit at once.
