Born in Yokohama. An elementary school student, the junior high student played baseball, and a high school, the university did for American football. The motor nerves were distinguished. The parents ran small Tonkatsu store. As the university student, he experienced a part-time job in “Maharajas” and he knew the fun of food and the service industry. However, everything was not fun when he came to run “Tonkatsu” of the parents’ house in behalf of mother who was sick. As one step of reform, he opened a store of western dish “Tachibana-tei” in Morioka. This store becomes the origin of the current store including “Tachibana tei” in Akarenga. In 2010, a one of staffs Kenichi Konno appeared in popular TV program “Pussma” (Asahi National Broadcasting) as a charisma of the omelets with rice. It contributed that popular up “Tachibana-tei”.
