Born in Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo. His grandfather and father was businessman who was the import and sale of typewriter. His grandfather made a fortune with a successful, but his father could not get on the wave of the times and withdrew from business. Mr. Kasama learned success and failure, is the management that combines the boldness and caution. The constantly looking “what people are asking,” he has continued the business. He launched in the age of 21 and already passed more than 40 years. He is a few managers having a qualification to tell the history of food industry of Japan. As of July 2013, he opens Italy-based original dish and wine shop, “Chianti” a shop 15 stores, 24 stores in a franchise, and the consulting store expends to 9 stores, too.
