Born in Koto-ku, Tokyo. After graduated from Rikkyo University, he joined city bank.
While maverick, he kept leaving the results. But he solidified the decision to take over the family business and want to go back to the origin of the manufacturing.
As of 2013, he manages the long-established stores more than 200 years as an eight-generation family head.
