Born in Meguro Tokyo. In 1979, he graduated from Meiji Gakuin University Faculty of Law. In 1980, after a patisserie in Yokohama, was apprenticed to Philip Vigo that was yearning of some time. He turned into Boulanger and charmed by the charm of bread. In 1984, opening of “BIGOT” in Tokyo first store, and became a chef and manager of the Ginza store Vigo “Douce France”. In 1989, recognized the goodwill from Philip Vigo, he was independent. In the same year, he established a BIGOT TOKYO, and opened Chez BIGOT SAGINUMA.
