Born in Hitoyoshi- shi, Kumamoto. Dropped out of high school, he joined the garage of cars. He had an accident; hospital life was forced to be for more than 1 year. After leave the hospital, it was an opportunity to have worked for the dining bar that reduced working hours are possible, so he entered the world of the food. After he worked a head chef “Tableaux” “Stellato” the restaurant which represents the company in Global Dining Co., Ltd., he was learned by the iron chef Masaharu Morimoto. In November 10, 2012, he opened “PLATE Organic&Grill “ in Nishiazabu. He is searching for based on Italian food; “simple & is organic”.
