He was born in Toyoshima-ku, Tokyo. When he was second grader, his father closed down business, and his family moved to Kodaira. After graduated from the high school, he joined “palace hotel”. He has worked there for 4 years, but he quitted there because of he could not transfer to the section desired. He worked at such as “Charleston Cafe”, “Y’s table” in Kichijoji. Through the carrier of ten years, when he was 28 year old, he became independent in 2004. He opened the “risotto” specialty store which was not ever, and it became popular.
