He was born in Paris when the French master Mr. Kazuyuki Sakai who was his father studied there. He came to Japan for the second semester of the first grader with his parents. After graduated from the high school, he started to studied for becoming bartender. Afterwards, He met Mr. Yoshiharu Saito who acted the supervisor of Izakaya Koshien, and opened “QUEEN OF CHICKENS” together.
