Born in Tsukuji, Tokyo. After graduated from the high school, he entered the vocational school of cook, and joined “Sheraton”. After he had experience 4 stores, including of the “Sheraton”, and went over to Italy alone. He studied it in each place, and opened the establishment store “TAVERNA MESSINA” at Meguro, in 1998. One year later, 1999, he moved to Jiyugaoka. He powerfully started on the road to as chef owner of the Italian restaurant.
