He was born in Aizuwakamatsu-shi. After graduated from the high school, he started to work in a bar. He has kept working on the bottom rung of the store for 6 years, at 24 years old, he opened a bar. Based on success of the first store, he launched 2 stores including the girls bar, but he withdrew those without getting on track. At 28 years old, it was attracted by Mr. Minoru Ido who was founder of the M’GRANT FOOD SERVICE Co., Ltd. that he watched on TV, and took the direct contact, he developed the franchised store of “steak hamburger steak & salad bar KEN” in Aizuwakamatsu which Mr. Ido managed.
