He was born in MInmaya, Aomori. After graduated from the high school, he joined TEN ALLIED Co., Lte. which managed “tengu”. He took part in the launch of the Chinese brand; he has known the professional essence of the chef from the Chinese food chef. he went on trying out delicious ramen around Japan while a long‐distance truck driver, he had about with “Hakata ramen” which he thought to be this. He carried out his idea “1 cup of ramen attracts a customer”, and brought up popular ramen store “tanaka shoten”.
