He was born in Moriyama-ku, Nagoya-shi, Aichi. When he became 20 years old, he decided that he went forward the way of the restaurant business. At 34 years old, he succeeded his father who was the founder, and took office the president. As of September, 2015, he opened 7 stores including “Mikien”.
