He is from Nagoya-shi, Aichi. After quitted the high school, he worked the famous store of Taiwan ramen. Thereafter he spent the days of the study for 12 years, in August 1st, 2008, opened the 1st store “Menya hanabi”. He joined of the program on TV, and became the 1st champion. “Taste of the ramen does not have the perfection”, so he aims at the evolution. He opened a store specializing in Taiwanese curry to upset a concept of the conventional curry several years ago. Moreover, there is no end to the opening of “tantanmen hanabi” and evolution.
