He was born in Nisshin-shi, Aichi. Graduating from Kanto Gakuin University. He aimed the restaurant business from his childhood. After graduated from the University, he joined a restaurant chain store, but, he quitted in a half year for his parents’ house rebuilding. After success rebuilding, he joined the food maker, again. He became independent after 1 year; he specialized in “specialty store” which clarified the concept after many twists and turns. At the present, he develops 12 directly-managed stores, FC30 stores, 3 stores which he produces.
