She was born in Tachikawa-shi, Tokyo. She was born in the small Japanese-style restaurant which continued from her grandmother generation, so she spent the childhood among the food. After graduated from the high school, she entered the restaurant business soon. She mastered the service operation in “Royal Host” and “Donatello’s” of Italian gelato. In 2004, she launched Japan total bros Co.,Ltd. with the present chairman her husband Mr. Sakai. In December, 2013, she published “Yocco’s French toast café no totteoki recipe” from Asahi Shimbun Publications Inc..
