He graduated from Tokyo University of Pharmacy and Life Sciences, School of Pharmacy. After graduation from the University, he joined “nogawa-seimengyo” which ran by his father. In 1996, he took over his father’s duties, and took office as the present president. He develops the store in the main in ministries and government offices of Kasumigaseki. He opens the store in the House of Councilors, the House of Representatives.
