He was born in Yokohama. The oldest son of two brothers. In high school days, his father passed away, and he gave up entering the University. He entered the professional school of becoming a hairdresser. After graduation, he changed direction to the food business as an earlier independent way. he saved 7 million yen in 3 years, and opened the small bar of about 33 ㎡. At the present, including “BAR HASHISHI” which is an establishment of a store, he manages 7 stores which are including Okonomi&Teppanyaki “SABOTEN”.
