He was born in Novariensis, northern Italy. He already wanted to be a chef at the age of 7, and started training at 13 years old. He wandered the well-known restaurant; he visited Japan after improving ability. He joined dynac of the subsidiary of Suntory by the introduction of the famous chef. After joining, he participated in the world conference of the cook. Including a gold medal, he won various prizes. He won two times the championship at the world pasta contest held once in ten years. He held the title for 20 years. Either convention, he showed cooking of the world’s highest. He is one of the chefs whom the world recognized.
