He was born in Suita-shi, Osaka. He intended to become a designer, but was attracted to cuisine gradually; he learned Italian cuisine in earnest at last. He was left to a chef at 24 years old for first time; he improved his skill on himself. When he was 32 years old, he appeared TV “the iron chef”. At 38 years old, he became independent, and opened “IL GHIOTTONE” in Kyoto. Thereafter, as if to design the tomorrow of Italian and he will open the stores in historic City of Kyoto and Tokyo
