After graduated from Tokyo Polytechnic University Faculty of Engineering Department of Architecture, he joined Global-Dining INC.. After the manager of “ZEST”, in 2000, he opened “Furutoshi” which was restaurant Italian-based in Nishiazabu at the 28 years old, and became independent. In that next year, He opened” Pacific Currents”, and “SKY” at Mitsui garden hotel Ginza in November, 2005. At the present, he performs restaurant management, and the produce of restaurant, the consulting about service.
