After having been engaged in planning such as city planning, the community development, he changed his job to restaurant business. In 1997, “Bowery Kitchen” at Komazawa as a producer and the owners, and in 2000, he opened “Lotus” at Omotesando. He produced “montoak” at Omotesando in same year, and “TARLUM” at Yoyogi in next year. In addition, he served as the general produce of the overseas first branch of luxury food store “DEAN&DELUCA” of NY, opened it at Marunochi and Shibuya in 2003. He opened delicatessen “barret made” at NihonbashiTakashimaya in 2005. Furthermore in the same year, he produced world first lounge “Harrods Brompton” of most famous department store “Harrods” in London. His activity was introduced to many divergences including the design of the CD jacket; he has an excellent reputation for insight to get the atmosphere of the times.
