After graduated from a high school, he joined Mitsukoshi. He extended the customer and quitted at 27 years old. He participated in Director at Giants, a setup of eight Corporation Co., Ltd. of the owner Mr. Tatsunori Hara. He was a setup with the friend in Hilo international Ltd. in 1990 two years later, in 1993, he opened the first store of the restaurant.
