He was born in the mountain town which was near to Fukuchiyama of Kyoto. In the days of an elementary schoolchild, it was a chance to have begun cooking following mother and he aspired to become a chef. After graduated from the high school, he left the country and entered in the vocational school of the cooking. One year later, he graduated from the school; he joined the famous French restaurant of Ginza. After he has worked there for 3 years, through several restaurants and bars, he was independent in 2002. He opened French restaurant “Au gout du jour”. As of June, 2011, he has already achieved the branch of 7 stores. A company independent of seven runs it. It adopts the unique style which staffs manage with responsibly.
