His father was art teacher. He has an older brother. After graduated from the high school, he went to architecture related vocational school. At school and after graduation for 2 years, he worked at the building engineering firm which deals with the famous restaurant, he failed. The encounter with eating and drinking was 22 years old. He worked in not only the home but also Rome, Sydney, after he came back; he opened the first store Shigotoma which integrated the knowledge of “food” and “architecture” at Suidobashi. On the other hand, he did the total produce such as the design of the store or the new business condition, it attracted attention. He has many achievement of side street business condition of interior decoration, construction, business condition produce such as “Kanda meat center” and “Shinagawa gyokai center”.
