Born in Osaka. His father who was a cabinetmaker repaired the home after the war and began a restaurant, Mr. Kaitani grew up while watched parents who was working. He liked pure literature and he was thinking “eventually becomes a novelist”, but he was in the world of the food business when it noticed. He started a snack management in Osaka; he led to listing the food company which developed 68 stores in 2000. He retired from the food business once, but established OHDAI FOOD PROJECT INC in 2004. It is developing 28 stores now in Osaka, Hyogo, and Tokyo.
