Born in Sakaide-shi of Shikoku. With a transfer of father who worked for the major company, he moved in Ibaraki, he spent it until graduation from high school in Ibaraki. In University student days, he met the food business by the part-time job. He wanted to start a company by food business at the time of the graduation. He joined “Mujaki Foods Co., LTD” which has an independent support system. He learned know-how; he opened “Oreno Hamburg steak Yamamoto” a half year later. He put such thought in a Hamburg steak with “it wants to contribute the making of health by a secure meal”; he provided it and became popular. After then, he established “ORES company Co.,Ltd.”. At the present, he opens 5 stores in Shibuya, Shibuya, Akasaka, Takadanobaba, and Kichijoji including a head store in Ebisu.
