Born in Nara. After graduated from the junior high school, he was apprenticed to grocery at Amagasaki-shi, Hyogo. At the 20 years old, he changed his job in the restaurant which a brother-in-law management, he learned for to become a head chef of the Western meal. At the 22 years old, he took over Okonomiyaki store in Sumiyoshi-ku, Osaka, 6 years later; he opened a specialty store of Okonomiyaki “Chibo” in Sennichimae, Osaka with 28 years old youth in 1973. Naturally he runs of “Chibo”, he has established reputation of manpower training, other than a lecture and published the book too. he positively performed the social well‐being activity and he accepted the convict from 2010. He is a noted product, the president.
