Born in Itabashi-ku, Tokyo. The eldest son of 3 brothers. He experienced a divorce and the remarriage of parents during an impressionable age. With the help of people around, he grew up; he chose it by himself in high school days and experienced the studying abroad. After graduated from the hotel subject at a vocational school, he serviced as a bartender at French restaurant and so on, he got a good opinion from sommelier Shinya Tasaki who represents Japan ” champion of the championship at the world best sommelier contest of 1995″.After having experienced such as managers at “still food”, he became independent. He develops 2 brands which are European wine izakaya “VINOSITY”, “VINOSITY magis”. He does the restaurant produce too.
