Born in China town of Yokohama. He began to learn a cook from 16 years old, he held successively service in deputy chef such as Shinbashi “Chuugokuhanten”, Shiba “Liu Yuam” and the Sendai Hotel “Baikaen”. After then, he took office as deputy chef of Keio Plaza Hotel “Nanen” and executive chef of Hotel Edmont “Koshu”, and “Akasaka Rikyu” from 1996. he is also active the utilized the experience and technic which appearing on TV, the lecture at cooking school, including of development and supervision of kitchen instruments.
