Born in Tottori. He dropped out at 16 years old, went to world of cooking. After he learned for 10 years, came up to Tokyo at 26 years old. At the 31 years old, he became independent and opened Mobile lunch shop. At the 33 years old, he opened the dining restaurant “pancia”, but the honor of the building is replaced and is forced to eviction. At such he remembered “ramen Jiro” that known as heavy taste and the overwhelming volume. He got consent from Jiro foods system and opened “ramen Jiro”. This is the begging of ramen store.
