Born in Chiba. After graduated from the high school, learned the Chinese at Technical school of cook upbringing, and joined a restaurant that Fumio Saito was a teacher who ran it. After having worked for eight years, he worked at a well-known store of Chinese “Chimisai” later, went to China alone. For 2 years, he spent training all his time, and mastered more than 500 recipes. After came back, after the run-up of 3 and a half years, became independent in April 2005. The store’s name “Lao Sichuan Piao-xian” means old Sichuan is fragrant drifts.
