Born in Osaka. He was born as a third generation store owner well-known store of Japanese cuisine, “Kyoto Kitcho”. After graduated from high school, he stared the training of cooking in earnest, was a grandfather, also estimated from the founder Teiichi Yuki. From 1995, he took control of there as head chef of Kyoto Kitcho Arashiyama head store. At the present, he is a director and the executive chef at KYOTO KITCHO.
