He was born in Minami-ku, Kyoto. After graduate from the high school, he helped his family business, and extended business with 3 brothers. In 2009, he launched the restaurant and began to go ahead through the new way. He met the dry-aged beef in the United States and received an impact, and opened which was main with the aging beef of Japanese black cattle. It became the popular store in a moment. As of September, 2015, he already develops 18 stores in the whole country. His objective is 50 stores. Incidentally, another 2 store opening is determined within this year.
