He was born in Fukaya-shi, Saitama. After graduating from the high school, he joined the major maker. He quitted it in 1 year; he opened the Chinese restaurant with his father who was chef. But he disagree in opinion, he left the store, and went to Australia. He reconsidered his own self in Australia for 1 year, and he decided to launch the business in twenties. At the present, he opens 6 stores in North Saitama. These are the popular stores by local people.
