After experience at restaurants of such as Kobe, he got the chance of going to France, and visited to France at 24 years old. He has studied in France for 9 years, and he went back to Japan as a first-class French Chef. After he worked as the head chef of “AUX SIX ARBRES” for 5 years, he became independent at 38 years old. He opened “ALADDIN”. In 1994, he appeared on a then popular program “the iron chef”, and won a victory from Monsieur Sakai.
