He was born in Kawasaki-shi. He quitted the first grade at senior high school. He joined the chain stores such as “okonomiyaki” or “steak” which worked by a part-time job. He was promoted to the store manager at 17 years old, and established the youngest record. He became a general manager at 19 years old and made improvement of career smoothly, but the company went bankrupt in 1997. For 3 years, he supported the son of the president for repaying for kindness, and brought up a new company, and brought up a new company. In April, 2000, he established Wakatake “tsurumi tsuku no mise”. Thereafter he continued opening the pace of a year one store, the present 15 stores. He is going to expend the store in future around Kanagawa.
