He is from Saito-shi, Miyazaki. He went to Peru in 1974, and worked in “Matsuei” of capital Lima. In 1989, he opened “Toshiro’s” in Sheraton Hotel in the old city of Lima, he moved the store to a new urban area San Isidro ward in 2002.
