He is from Saito-shi, Miyazaki. He went to Peru in 1974, and worked in “Matsuei” of capital Lima. In 1989, he opened “Toshiro’s” in Sheraton Hotel in the old city of Lima, he moved the store to a new urban area San Isidro ward in 2002. In 2005 and 2006, he was invited by the Madrid fusion that was the global authority of the cuisine institute. In 2008, he won the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Prize who became first among South America. In 2010, he participated in Shanghai expo by a request of the Spanish government. In that year, he served as the lecturer as a member of the chef representative from Japan in “international festival of the meal” which was conducted at CIA cooking school
