He was born as the oldest son of the long-established stores Japanese-style confectionary store in Ebisu, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. He wanted to become a cameraman and was devoted to the assistant work of the professional cameraman when he was in Senshu University, but the professional barrier was high and gave it up. After graduated from the University, he found a job in the major family restaurant. He learned the basics of food service industry. He transferred to father’s company at 26 years old; he has begun his career as the third generation. At the present, he runs “Mensaika Hokuto Aoyama store”, “Mensaika Hokuto Ginza store” and “Ramen Hokuto Shinbashi store”.
