He is from Denenchofu. He began to show leadership such as he worked as a member of student council in high school days. In University student days, he traveled throughout Japan. He worked in earnest at a sushi store of family business from 24 years old, at the 30 years old; he succeeded a store from father. But he inherited a debt of 60 million yen too at the same time then. After then he made effort the expansion of the store with the return of the debt and was immobilizing the name of “Tatsuro Sushi”. He was good at analyze of data, he made efforts in expansion of “sales and profit” that there was in a single store such as delivery to home based on the abundant data which accumulated. He was raising many times the charm of the store.
