Born in Nagoya, breeding in Vancouver, Canada. His father who worked as a Japanese teacher had an admiration for Vancouver, while taking the communication in broken English; he took in culture, manners and customs of Vancouver. He graduated from a local high school; he joined a sushi store of Japanese manager. 2 years later, he changed his job to “Kitanoya Marketing Corp.”. He met a teacher of life and determined to establish a company. Stable supply of Japanese produce in mind, he planned a branch in Japan for serving as an intermediary between Japan and Vancouver. In Shanghai for a year, he came back to Japan, after he learned in “Teppen” one year and he established Katanashi in 2007. At the present, he opens “Kushiage to Baniku-Ryori Katanashi”, “Izakaya Katanashi”, and “Baniku Senmonten Isshin”. He is going to aim at an advance to Shanghai, not to mention Vancouver in the future.
