Born in Nerima-ku, Tokyo. The eldest son of 3 brothers. As his father worked for United Airlines, he traveled abroad early. After graduated from TAKUSHOKU UNIVERSITY, he has worked the housing maker for 4 years. At the 26 years old, he has eaten in a restaurant “Monsoon Cafe” of Daikanyama as a start; he joined GLOBAL-DINING INC.. He became a regular staff from a part-time job and become a head chef at 29 years old. He has successive jobs as each store of the head chef at “Monsoon Cafe” in Shibuya, Odaiba, lalaport TOKYO-BAY, in 2009; he took office as a head chef of “Monsoon Cafe” Maihama which was flagship store. In last March, he quitted that company, he established Big.Belly Co., Ltd.. On June, he opened Ikebukuro Nishiguchi oriental bistro & wine “AGALICO”.
