Born in Matsudo-shi, Chiba. He was entrusted “Suikoden” by his father, he has shown a management skill which picked up from 6 million yen to the 11 million-yen mark the monthly sales in one year. He opened “ToniKaku” of the original business condition, extended achievement. He changed from Izakaya to a specialized business condition later, he renewed to such as “Uosaburo Shinmatsudo Chokubaijyo” of the fresh fish-based store one by one. In July, 2011, he opened “Uoichi shoten Ebisucyokubaijyo” in Tokyo. At the present, he develops 6 stores such as “Uosaburo Shinmatsudo chokubaijyo”.
