Born in Matsudo-shi, Chiba. The eldest son of 3 brothers. he went to the vocational school of cook, after graduation, he worked the central wholesale market and so on, got knowledge about the fresh fish. He was entrusted “Suikoden” by his father, he has shown a management skill which picked up from 6 million yen to the 11 million-yen mark the monthly sales in one year. He opened “ToniKaku” of the original business condition, extended achievement. He changed from Izakaya to a specialized business condition later, he renewed to such as “Uosaburo Shinmatsudo Chokubaijyo” of the fresh fish-based store one by one. In July, 2011, he opened “Uoichi shoten Ebisucyokubaijyo” in Tokyo. At the present, he develops 6 stores such as “Uosaburo Shinmatsudo chokubaijyo”.
