Born in Mugi-gun Horado-mura, (present Seki-shi) Gifu. After graduated from Gifu Prefectural Mugi high school, he entered the Marine Self Defense Force. While to satisfy the stomach of members as a cooking team, and began to run toward the dream himself. At the 21 years old, he read written by Taro Fukutomi “You can save one hundred million yen, too.” and he was impressed and retired it. In 1981 two years later, he opened “Kushikatsu・yakitori Yamachan”. After then it made a big hit “Sekai no Yamachan” with “Maboroshi no Tebasaki” as advertising menu. With a store name and a brand name, it was noticed at once, even “Yama chan” of the founder. Incidentally, it seems “Maboroshi no Tebasaki” of advertising menu has still sold more than 900 per a day on average per a store. There was the shop sold out in 5,100 of them which prepared on an opening of a store day on the same day; is surprised all the more. As of 2012, there is the number of the stores more than 70 stores in the whole country around Aichi.
