Born in Ueno, Tokyo. The eldest son of three brothers. His father runs real estate business and owns many buildings now in Tokyo. He went along the Toyo University law department for four years, but it became the start of restaurant business to have worked for “seafood izakaya” which a company of father ran because it wanted to advance to the way of restaurant business early. Since then he worked only in the restaurant business. He is shocked by the taste of “sword cut noodles”, and 2 “the sword cut noodles Zhuang Tangs” stores are run now.
