Born in Himeji-shi, Hyogo. He quitted the high school in 2 years. He continued doing a building-related work, but one day, he was interested in the young man who looked TV, and entered the ramen trade. He fought with the soup which he studied by self-education and made up, but business was bad about 3 years. But still he continued studying it, continued evolving, and became the popular store at last. He opened it in New York now. He opens stores in total at 24 stores including one oversea store.
