He was born in Nagoya-shi. When he was high school student, he already chose the life a goal of the starting a business. He did not enter the University, he joined the construction company. Thenceforth, after a developer, he aimed the independence by “restaurant business”, and he learned the restaurant. At 30 years old, he became independent. Thereafter he opened some branch in Nagoya-shi. As of August, 2015, and opened 23 stores.
