He is from Kaohsiung, Taiwan. He visited Japan at 10 years old. After graduated from the high school, he went to America. After studying abroad life, he went back to Japan in 1986 as the staff of Morgan Stanley. It was from the opening of business of “Arossa” that Mr. Takahashi who spent the finance field became the foodfighter. Thereafter he holds up “the globalization of food” in an idea and pushes on.
