After graduation from university, he joined THE NIKKA WHISKY DISTILLING CO.,LTD.. While the association with the restaurant deepens, he decided the independence in the restaurant, too. In April 3, 1995, he opened a first store. The novel store with “the customer principle” as a motto attracted notice of people, and became the popular store in a moment. At the present, he manages 10 store which are popular stores <”saka・na okazu” “sake・kuu~sake・cuisine uwo・mittu” and so on. He is a manager taking good care of a person than sales.
